Cancellation policy: CHE cancellation policy on all orders is as follows: the proposal prices, specifications, and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. CHE is authorized to proceed with provision of the equipment specified. I understand this order is subject to cancellation charges under the following schedule: 10% if canceled prior to engineering work, 30% after engineering is complete, 70% if in production, and 100% if production is completed. All orders subject to credit approval.
